In 2017 I travelled to Bangladesh with Australian NGO Symbiosis International as a supporter, to see the projects and capture visual stories for the organisation’s use. The images captured during our 11 day journey north from Dhaka to Mymensingh, along the Jamuna River and as far north as Joyramkura, provided a library of images for the organisation. My submission to Capture Magazine’s Australasian Top Emerging Photographer’s Competition saw my photo essay from the Symbiotic Fish Hatchery receive a highly commended under Documentary and Photojournalism in 2019 and an Art Series I created of Daily Workers reached the top 10 in the Travel Category in 2018.
